Launching a Global Digital Platform for a Spatial Intelligence Company

Digital Reality Corp is a spatial intelligence company providing verified building data and digital deliverables across global markets.
The business required a unified digital platform to present its services, products (including Stak and Strat), and value proposition clearly to clients, stakeholders and investors.
The website was approaching launch, but inconsistencies in UX, mobile responsiveness and messaging created a risk of delivering a fragmented and unreliable experience.

The Problem

The platform faced three critical issues:
  • Fragmented user experience across pages and devices
  • Inconsistent product and service messaging, reducing clarity of value
  • High volume of unresolved mobile and usability issues ahead of launch
This created a real risk:
The platform could undermine trust in the brand at a critical business moment.

Constraints

  • Tight deadlines aligned to launch
  • Cross-functional teams across time zones
  • Limited control over development implementation
  • Existing design inconsistencies already in production
  • High stakeholder visibility (internal + external)

The Process

Instead of redesigning everything, I focused on high-impact interventions:
1. Identified critical UX risks
  • Reviewed staging vs Figma
  • Flagged usability and mobile issues
  • Prioritised issues affecting user clarity and trust
2. Strengthened consistency and structure
  • Standardised navigation patterns
  • Refined typography and spacing systems
  • Improved layout consistency across pages
3. Improved messaging clarity
  • Rewrote UX copy and CTAs
  • Simplified product and service explanations
  • Aligned messaging with business positioning
4. Accelerated delivery using AI
  • Used ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for:
    • rapid UX writing iteration
    • content refinement
    • idea exploration
  • Reduced turnaround time and improved consistency
5. Built reusable systems
  • Developed a Vercel-based internal tool
  • Generated reusable design and presentation patterns
  • Improved consistency across multiple touchpoints
